Returns

See Product Return Form. All returns must be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without a RMA number will not be credited. RMA numbers are valid for 5 working days after issued. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in as-shipped condition. Any item returned for credit or exchange must include invoice copy, or invoice number and date.
