Terms

Net 30 days from the invoice date. Invoice will be mailed or emailed. Shipments will not be made until past due accounts are current. Past due balances will be subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month. New accounts are placed on credit card terms for the first year.

Shipping

With the exception of pharmaceuticals, all orders weighing less than 1 pound will ship via USPS Priority Mail; orders over 1 pound will ship via UPS Ground. Any order containing pharmaceuticals will ship via UPS.
Next Day, 2nd Day, Air Mail, C.O.D., and other special handling services available. Contact an Amcon Account Representative for details.

Special Orders

Speical Order items are not returnable unless defective.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and a copy of the original picking slip or invoice. To obtain an RMA number, contact Amcon Customer Service 1-800-397-0012. RMA numbers are good for 7 business days. Returns made without pre-approval will not be honored.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special Order, Clearance, and Personalized items are not returnable unless defective.

$25.00 minimum order.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please report any shortages or defects within 7 business days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in as-shipped condition.

We cannot accept returns on pharmaceutical products.
