BVI Short-Term Collagen Punctum Plugs provide occlusion for 7-10 days, ideal for diagnostic use to assess whether permanent punctal occlusion is necessary for your patient. 
  • Swell 2-3 times their size upon insertion to ensure a secure fit
  • Fully dissolve within 7-10 days, offering a temporary solution for tear drainage control
  • Each box contains 60 implants (6 implants per pack, 10 packs per box)
  • Ideal for short-term occlusion to determine the need for long-term punctal occluders
