Active Ingredients: Neomycin Sulfate, Polymyxin B Sulfate, Dexamethasone 1mg (0.1%)
Preservative: Benzalkonium Chloride 0.004%
Storage: Store between 15°-30°C (59°-86°F) to maintain efficacy
