Insulated ship items must be shipped SEPARATELY from any other items on an order (which means there will be two separate shipping charges).

All insulated ship designated Rx ophthalmic drops are shipped in FDA compliant packaging via expedited shipping service (UPS Next Day or 2-day). We include at least one cold pack in the packaging to mitigate the increase of temperature during transit. During the warmer months, the cold packs may lose their cooling attributes towards the end of transit and/or upon delivery. However, as long as the drops are refrigerated upon delivery, there should be no loss in the efficacy of these Rx drops.
