What is your return policy?

We want your experience with Amcon to be hassle free, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may contact our sales department and request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) for a case to be created with our customer service team.

What are the exceptions to Amcon’s return policy?

We cannot accept any returns on pharmaceuticals
Flat Packs are non-returnable if the seal is broken.
Any personalized (imprinted) orders
Special ordered items
Final sale or clearance items
Any purchases made outside of the 30-day return policy window

After receiving an approved RMA number, place the item/items securely in its original packaging. Along with the invoice or packing slip and mail your return to the following address:
