I just received my order and there is a problem. What should I do?

Please contact our Customer Solutions Department at 800-397-0012 and provide:

your Amcon customer number
order number (listed on the top right-hand corner of the packing list)
contact information
details about the problem

The Customer Solutions will return your call and let you know how to proceed. Do not return any products to Amcon without a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Items returned without an RMA number may not receive credit.
